I could understand it being bad news as the situation has changed dramatically for overseas potential joint venturers. This is reflected in the current price. You would have to think that they would have a different outlook. However, if people do know inside info and they have bought in anticipation of a price rise(as per jump in price/vol just prior to th) then wouldn't it be reasonable to expect it to be good news. Otherwise there would be no jump in vol/price. My fundamental analysis is telling me 2 opposite things so I am at a loss. Will wait and see with interest.
