Yes, the trading halt statement almost always states the basic reason for the halt. In this case, it is a placement. My thoughts are not so negative on this (compared to other posters). Had they come to market for the cash, we no doubt would have seen a significant discount and a potential slide as arbitrageurs took advantage.
