rob, old WMT,now IDG. there's one. The point is, instos and major shareholders lighten their load in stocks or sell out for all sorts of reasons. They even buy into duds as well. So their decisions are not always right. If they were this game would be simple, just give all your coin to Mr Steinpries sit back and watch the dollars roll in. Good luck with that.
