I sure hope so, WITH scanner. Probably because I am relatively new to Share investing, I do not understand why these announcements cannot give much more information. Even if details of the purchase was not yet finalised, giving more info (or indicating what it was likely to be about) surely should not be a problem. Cannot trade until the Trading Halt was lifted (at which time the market would have the final announcement anyway).
Just a lack of knowledge on my part I guess. Will know more tomorrow.
