I'll be interested to read the details. When I saw the ann this morning I thought it was what I'd been waiting for, crux deal done, time for RC to move NXS forward. Now I have one question, if NXS had a deal in the pipeline, why would they raise capital now? Surely they'd wait to announce the deal and then raise capital to extract the most value?
