Going into primary schools is a good move.
All the new schools being built in NSW are owned by the private sector now.Just a matter of time until they're staffed privately.I've actually heard this from good authority

The private sector builds, maintains and operates public schools.

. The Education Department pays annual lease fees, staffs the schools and controls the use of the buildings.

. After a set period - usually 30 years - the schools revert to public ownership
