    The last capital raising they did some 4 years ago when the share price was in a very similar price range as today was as follows :-


    PLACEMENT
    The placement of 41.9 million shares at 12 cents per share in Argonaut, raising $5.03 million and allocated to sophisticated investors in two tranches of 7.8m and 34.1m

    RIGHTS ISSUE
    Approximately 16.8 million new shares offered through a rights issue to rais $2.02 million; with entitlement being one new share for every five shares held, at a price of 12 cents each.
