Those who think Cap raising = AUTOMATIC BAD THING do not have a business head on their shoulders.

Whether it is good or bad depends entirely on what the company plans to do with the money. IF the money is being used to fund activities that will increase shareholder value then IT IS NOT A BAD THING. We need to know what the money is for before pre-judging
