FTB, that is exactly my take, if the first drill is a success then expect a bonanza for us shareholders and we will know this when the timing/details of the raising is released.........there will be alot of borrowing money and last minute cheques being express posted!!
anyway we'll know soon enough, imo, this raising im guessing may yet again shows the confidence of management in Artemis and Petrobras.
