The 30/70 JV with Teck is a great deal for the company, this is exactly what a lot of junior companies need. It means we have gone from pretending to actually finding somthing!
600K would have drilled three deep diamond holes at Myrtle. Then they would have had to do large capital raisings anyway if they wanted to do a drillout.
If this capital raising is for Marqua it better add some value to this company...
