Hard to call exactly how the CR will play out but 10,000,000 of those will be part of Tecks placement on the end agreement being reached.
That leaves 40,000,000 to be issued, as the Resolution voted for at the AGM stated the shares will be alotted progressively it may only be a portion of the 40m at this stage.

I think it's possible that the CR may come through at 5c as Tecks placement will possibly go through at the same time & if you consider the terms in Resolution 5 it does paint that kind of picture.
Resolution 5 seeks Shareholder approval for the issue of a maximum of 50,000,000 Shares at an issue price of not less than 80% of the weighted average of the closing sale price of the Shares on the ASX on the five trading days on which sales are recorded immediately proceeding the date of issue (or, if there is a prospectus relating to the issue, over the last 5 days on which sales in the Shares were recorded before the date of the prospectus).
