I find the wording of the reason for the trading holt very curious. It says "regarding the proposed transaction". Whilst trying not to read too much into the actual words this sounds singular to me, so I don't think this will involve both sophisticated investors and a SSP. I think the best outcome will be a couple of large alotments at 30 cent plus. 30 cents would be a 15% discount on the last couple of weeks.
By my maths a couple of million dollars would see them through the next quarter by which time we should be awash with good and better news.
My opinion only, and I think it is good to get the cap raising out of the way.
