So each of the companies, Incitech and Pac Rd, buy in an exclusive, board approved deal, $10mil in shares at 33cents. They then sell to you and others not privy to the deal at 36cents+ and make a cool $900k plus ea. Not bad for a days work of each of the two directors (From Incitech and Pac Rd) on the board of eight that approved the deal.
Don't know about you, but makes me sick in the pit of my stomach.
