Rabiez, the main point i see about RFE securing a credit facility is intent.

this surely means RFE have the intent to ramp up drilling and if it is with the purpose of horizontally drilling then can only see this as a positive.

as long as they dont go into too much debt this also avoids a capital raising and dilution.

jumping to conclusions a bit but can you imagine the revenue and RFEs share price is we produce a well in the 500+boepd range, pie in the sky stuff at the moment, but it certainly looks like 2011 will be an exciting year, certainly more so than the past 3 months.
