    You may be able to place bids but the price you get matched at will not be anywhere near the last matched price if the news is good. FMS shares will not be traded on market until sometime (prob 20 minutes) after announcement has been released.

    Therefore anyone that is privy to information prior to the announcement has no advantage over anyone else that doesn't see the details until the announcement is released.
