Whoa! I wouldn't be expecting too much. Better to expect less and come up with more than the other way round.
Initial Surveys -> PFS -> BFS -> DFS
In the order of accuracy and progress advancement. Basically it's like doing an oil painting. You do an initial outline (PFS - at this stage you're not really sure what it will look like), then you sketch the outlines more accurately (BFS), and then you finally colour and paint the damn thing (DFS) which you can finally sell.
That's my understanding anyway.
