    So something is up..

    Per the request for TH:

    "The reason for the trading halt is that a share placement and strategic partner announcement is pending;"

    Sounds like announcement will coincide with quarterly results too as the TH is expected to end by morning of 31st.

    Nothing to do now but sit back and wait.
