If you look at the announcement on ASX it has two pages. Go to the second page and the letter from Azure mentions a capital raising.

Agree - bit odd given they had 3 mio in the bank as at 31 Dec ... supppose that all the drilling is going to suck a lot of this cash up.

Would have preferred that results were released before the raising as there could have been less dilution if the price was higher on drill results.
