Lighter positive note (possible scenario)


Approval docs get granted 23/02/2001 in CB's office, CB hands approval docs to CB's assistant, CB's assistant puts approval docs in envelope and hands to courier driver. Courier driver departs with approval docs but gets held up due to road closures(as per MMX ann) and finally arrives with envelope late last night.

This might explain the sudden sp rise a week ago(23/02/11).
