imo MMX had the right to request the extension and the law in this country favours validating contracts where possible. So I believe MMX would have a case if this was not the outcome. However enough time has been wasted and imo MMX would have made some concessions already (mild ones) to negotiate a favourable outcome and to get past this issue. As far as opposition go, CB is probably not too worried about them and if he has some concession (his way) it might be enough to make him look 'reasonable' to the public. So I gave a thumbs up to the first poster on this thread.
