Let's face it. We just don't like a CR because in the most cases the instos get a big discount. Then holders are invited at the same rate. At the opening after the TH holders and new insto sell down to the CR level and everyone is ....ed off.

But if you we can only participate at a pro rata and if management can sell our company well to a big investor with a premium then we will be happy and get ....ed too.

So, we have to wait. Lets expect a Cowboy Market - CR at 3c with everyone can get as many as they want. If it then turns out at 4c with a 1 for 10, we will be excited.
