Better idea is issue of oppies. No reason to crash sp and you have to be a holder to participate. Imagine 1 oppie for 10 shares hold at 1c with ex price 3c. They would buy our shares like anything. Best example PEN with its PENOC's. But as they've said "Significant CR" maybe that won't be the case I guess.
