    Unfortunately, if enough people jump on the offer (those fortunate to hold at a cost below the offer price), then the rest will have no choice. If EPN get enough takers, then the remaining holders are screwed, regardless of your holding cost. Hopefully people will see sense, as this should hopefully track higher over the next 12 months.
