It's all pretty obvious really.

When someone is afraid they may miss an opportunity, they act.

When someone sees an opportunity, they act.

So we have the signs the recovery is starting or indeed started. So there are guys in the boardroom saying "if we don't buy up now we''ll miss the opportunity to get it cheap because people will start to realise recovery is occurring."

So this proposal is confirmation to me at least that things are on the up and it's time for me to smile and hold onto my shares.

Even if they offered at NTA they would still be in front down the track. Offering so low using pathetic statistics just give them immediate profit and the ability to sell off and realise this profit now.
