If it can be proven that the SP was kept down to facilitate this, wouldn't this be CRIMINAL???

The reason I believe as holders we are screwed is that I once heard on a forum that once a certain % is bought out in the take over, then we as holders are forced to take up the offer.

I'm pretty disappointed that this is happening. I held on being in the RED, knowing in my gut REITS would rise, and now I won't be on that train. I feel like iv've been cheated out of my money as I entered this knowing the risks but now the rug will be pulled out from under us.
