the upticks in here demonstrates such a poor understanding. but anyway, to explain my numbers ...
My $300 was for 2.8kg of CNF at $100/kg (rounded). 2.8kg being 0.1% by weight per m3 of concrete as per the ann (concrete is 2.8t/m3). Making concrete more expensive by 100% at that rate for CNF/kg.
Point being, you will not sell CNF at anywhere near $100/kg if the plan is to add it to concrete as per EDE announcement. Likewise for plastics or any other additive there care to imagine.
So your $54M is the stuff of fairies and dreams. If EDE can sell CNF to the market for that, I'll happily to apologise for wasting your time.
Selling ice to eskimos and gold to Greenspan should then be a stroll in the park!
... and currently 120t p.a of CNF is 120,000tons of concrete at 0.1% by weight = 43,000m3 concrete by volume. So I don;t know where 180,000tons came from. It's all IF's so far - more than a pet hate of mine.
I'm surprised more people aren't nervous by the misaccounting.
