Caza article John Mcgoldrick saying about ARRAN
But really the key thing we?re getting excited about is really what?s happening down underneath the seismic with the potential we have in Wharton County and also the well we?re getting ready to drill, which is called Arran.
Arran looks very interesting. What are your expectations there?
John McGoldrick: Our company estimates something in the region of 250 billion cubic feet of gas, plus liquids, it should be quite wet gas, high condensate yield. It is a four-way closure and it looks lovely on seismic and we?re getting quite excited and hopefully we?ll have that spud in November. Then we have got a lot of follow on potential that we are working on, all named after Scottish islands, and of course there?s quite a few Scottish islands, so that is really where we?re looking. What, I think, separates us from the many others is that this is all conventional stuff, it?s none of your unconventional. It is deeper and very material type prospects and we?re lucky in that we?ve got a portfolio of projects, most of which are company makers if they work.
