i think you guys need to get a grip on things - NW did not say there wouldn't be a move to raise capital, he did say though that there would be no rights issue.
The companys cash position would be sufficient to continue to carry on business as is, the move to raise capital i assume would be put in place if the existing business was expanded beyond its current reach. My guess is this capital injection is required to secure the terms of the 4th partnership.
