Sharesontoast, your scenario would most certainly be the best, instead of BioT automatically getting the shares for 4c after the notes lapse/mature at end of April, or even if they convert at 5c beforehand we may be able to pay them out and not have that overhang of cheap shares holding us down at every milestone met.
