ST the more I look at it the more I think that if they actually pay out the BTC note with this finance that would be a brilliant outcome. It appears they don't want to be holders anyway, so why let them get more shares at discount to current raising price just so they can dump them too. it would be a shame if they issue shares in a placement and also convert the note, as that would surely mean another 100million shares or around 30-40% dilution? here's hoping these guys are actually on the ball.
