Aye westcott, I agree with all of what was said there. If they were to be producing by 2012 it would have to be the last months of 2012 I wuould think, and it would be a little surprise to me if they could get there. I think that by starting off with a much smaller amount to mine per annum, the preparation work should be less onerous, and also the infrastructure studies shouldn't be as involved as they aren't building from scratch (they probably will have to help fund any upgrades necessary though).
