the ASX ann on 22/03 suggests or implies that the MOU is at a mature stage pending formal govt approval etc... surely this suggests that it IS happening... maybe BPT realising this decided that as they may not have met conditions for 855 in substance, they should imply they are trying to before 855 gets siphoned away to a Chinese offtake player
