    Why would there be a TH if the GSA is not signed, it would be business as usual and a simple announcment will be made.
    Usually with at TH for more then two days there is either a restructure or capital rasiing or the company would eventually ask for a suspention if anything drastic with the company might occure?

    Lets see.
