I see this as a positive. We have been waiting for this information. Either way we are going to be set on stage 2. If the Japanese are in it takes out a most of my concern regarding Malaysia as I am sure they would have had a very close look at this. With stage to confirmed for construction and supply agreements in place for the majority of our ree this thing should skyrocket. LYC has said they will not go into stage 2 without prior customer commitments and with current ree prices LYC is so undervalued it's not funny. Maybe a good time for those that have previously worked out the valuations to do a new one based on 20 000 tonnes and also the recent large rise in ree prices.

I am surprised by the concern of posters regarding this announcement as we have been waiting for this info for a while. This will clear up any confusion and hopefully set a clear path to our stage 2 development. I think NC is probably responsible for the current lack of faith but as others have already posted LYC is made up of number of great employees that have no doubt been busy behind the scenes.

With 20000 tonnes in the pipeline and current ree pricing this stock is ready to go.
