    Phase 1..11,000T @ $100 basket, price indicates a SP of $6.40..$1.1 B income between sept 2011-12.
    Phase 1..fully funded/within budget..contracts in place..so foundation rock solid.

Phase 2 The $250m from Sojitz compared to LYC,s Market cap,now really doesnt seem so much.
LAMP..Construction would currently be gearing for phase 1 with provisonal work also commencing for phase 2..this is where the $250m would be drawn down from.
This would complete phase 2 by Q3 2012.

Sojitz is between a rock and a hard place.
Phase 1 will happen without them.
If they pull the pin,Japanese REE users are in dire straight (stuffed)they have nowhere to go.China..hardly...because by first production Sept..6 mths from now, failing another earthquake/tsunami,efficient Japan will be running on all cylinders.
If Sojitz request an extension, they risk that the $250m will be jumped at by other bidders.
Apart from the $250m there are contracts hanging off this deal worth 1000 fold to LYC,so it would be hard to be trumpted.
If the extension say is for 6 mths,LYC would not want to hinder the momentum of phase 2 and this could be the reason for the CR..a gap filler.
    Malaysia.
It now makes Ziggy Switkowski,s position much clearer.
We know that MT W and even more so malawi have radioactivety levels below International level requirements.
There are so many comparisons of everyday exposure to radioactivity, mobile phones, etc etc ,was amused to read even laying beside someone in bed over night generates radiation.(not going there here, maybe on the humour site)
Its any easy arguement to convince the lovely malaysian worriers, even i could do it..but to add credability Im sure the keynote speaker will be Ziggy..heres why.
