It was a link on a post with a video interview with a European mining site or something. I'm not making it up -he was definitely asked specifically if there was a need to go to market and he categorically said no due to being non-hedged, increase profitability in mining etc. Around or just before the run up. It certainly isn't a good image to then do the opposite to what u say won't happen.
