Could not agree more, it makes sense to do a SC.
Lets say they go for a $100 Million @ 9 cents it would add another 1.1 Billion shares to the register.
Pushing the total well towards 5 Billion shares on issue and I believe that is unacceptable.
The ugly reality may be that they more than likely move back from 9 cents PS for CP, so they will need to move quickly on this to make it as painless as possible.
