There are two alternative possibilities. A cap raising was on the cards and a spin off of the Carbon fibre division could happen. I doubt the spin off will come yet as it is so closely associated with the production of the hydrogen necessary for the Hythane project.
I therefore rule out a spin off unless it is for one of the unrelated projects. Even then that should not require a trading halt. That leaves a capital raising.
The announcement of the commercialisation of the Porolysis Project has given the SP a boost so it is as good a time as any for a cash injection. The only questions will be are shareholders to be given a chance to participate and what price will be placed on any new shares created.
If it is an SPP I'll hjappily take it up as any new funds should be productive. I'm tipping they will be partly be used to build a Carbon fibre plant in India where the produced hydrogen will have an application in the production of Hythane.
