i think it is a cap raising.
they cleverly released the ann first to get the price moving upward but when they saw the ann had no real effect they bit the bullet and are doing a raising now while the price is still above 10c.
my opinion i could be wrong. tells me ede is doing the usual and on its way down. hate that.
if its not not a cap raising then its going to be interesting indeed.
