    If it is a minimally dilutive placement to provide funds to undertake the RC without the restriction of limited funds, then all the better. This will give confidence to the market that RIM is not cutting it fine and they can focus on firming up the orebody. As pointed here before, if the ops are well in the money by August, then happy days as $5 million jumps in to the pot. Woohoo...go the RC boyzzzzzzzz
