It's a sentiment stemming from the countless shares repaid from the previous loans at heavy discount which could of been funded through more conventional means if the shareholders interests were at heart.

The placement price for this C.R is fine, but by the same token we should of had an update on Triple Crown many weeks ago which if proved positive could of facilitated a much higher price.

I'm of the opinion now that this information was never going to be released until the powers at be have had their fill. Hopefully the greedy buggers have had enough, although I patiently await the next gravy train :)
