    Perhaps the "Strategic equity placement" is being granted to a cornerstone/stratetic investor?

    I'm hoping the boys brought back a splendid souvenir from their recent trip to China. It has been mentioned in another thread that our Chairman Dr J. Saunders was part of the Gillard delegation in China this week.
