Sorry to be a party pooper but the Namibian thing is far from cleared up.
The Ch of Mines said it continued to have concerns following minister Katali's postponement of scheduled press conference from last Friday to sometime this week (possibly).
The govet has clarified exclusive rights for Epangelo will not apply to current EPLs and MLs- but not that it will not apply to pending licences such as the application in the intray for Husab and Etango.
So until it specifically makes clear these applications will be unaffected investors will continue to have doubts.
