You are wrong joker- Katali has yet to say excl;usive rights will not apply to pending ML applications.
Why otherwise has it taken over 4 months already to process bannerman's ML application for Etango?
As opposed to EPLs, there are only about 2-3 ML licence applications being considered.
I repeat- until Katali makes it 100% clear that pending applications will be exempted the issue will drag on the stock.
