I'd imagine the Chinese company that recently bought a big stake at 53c wouldn't be rushing to accept an offer at 53c: they'd want to make some coin out of it and they've got more push than ourselves.
Reckon it's got to be more than 53 then but seeing as this MBO comes about through an undervalued share-price, the offer is still likely to be less than fair value otherwise why should the management bother?
I reckon high 50s.
