    GDO would have had a duty to warn shareholders of that before now. It has been a negotiation all along.

    Regarding "landmark", that could be icing a, um, brown thing.

    BTW, I had a dream a few months ago that GDO would be taken over by BHP. I just put that in there so that if it does happen, I can be regarded as the official HC clairvoyant from now on.
