It is a little concerning - trading halt relating to board room changes - sounds dramatic!
If it makes you feel any better, I bought in at 42 and 44 cents. I am considering the move to average down. Who knows what affect on the SP this announcement may have.
To this day I am counting my lucky stars that I didn't have the funds to buy into a rights issue/cap raising etc they had some time ago - above $3. How fortuitous was that?
