I would just apply for whatever figure you desire. If it's $100,000 worth, feel free. If the offer is fully subscribed, you'll get a refund. If not, you might get lucky.
Somehow, however, on the basis of all the known variables, and with one or two killer announcements to come (these things are always carefully orchestrated), I would not think you'd be getting much over $15,000 worth (and quite possibly under).
