I would think, there are two seperate things to be considered.
1. The goverment receives the IAEA-repot. The question is, if this is published before the goverments decision (feeding speculations).
2. The goverment will analyse the report, then publish a decision on the LAMP. I would suppose, that the company will be informed about that decision prior to the public. In case of a positive decision, there would be no reason for a TH. In case of a negative decision, LYC would have to go for a trading halt in order to prevent uncontrolled panic sales.
Any ideas about the timing?
