Regardless of the IAEA's finding, there's probably going to be some political discussion regarding Lynas, even if it's only just so the current Government can seem considerate. I think it's a possibility that they'd publish the report, wait for Fuziah and Co to slag it and then engage in some form of political back and forth before a decision was made. Possibly they'd make Lynas implement some minor procedure to make it seem like a compromise with the Greens..?
